LancerFlow puts clients, projects, deadlines, invoices and payments in one place. Every morning your dashboard shows who owes you money, what is coming in, and what needs attention first. You can send numbered PDF invoices with your logo and GST, track deposits and milestones, and see late payments in red.

Why it's different
LancerFlow is built only for freelancers, not for sales teams or agencies, so there are no team features to set up. Its scope guard counts revisions and extra requests, so you get paid for the extra work. Your clients never log in and nothing is sent to them unless you send it yourself. It also has GST invoicing (CGST, SGST and IGST), a Telegram bot, and an optional AI helper that you control and that always asks you to confirm.

Add your GSTIN and rate, and LancerFlow shows CGST and SGST for clients in your state, or IGST for other states. It’s a calculation aid, not tax advice.
Proposals
Write priced proposals, download them as a PDF and send them yourself. When a client says yes, create the project with its tasks.
Smart follow-ups
A ranked list shows who you should chase today and why. One click writes a friendly or professional draft that you edit before sending.
Optional AI helper
Turn it on to get drafts, a morning briefing and quick add from plain words. It’s off until you enable it, drafts are labelled “AI draft”, and nothing is saved or sent until you confirm.
Work from anywhere
Use the Telegram bot, the desktop quick-add bar or the Chrome side panel to add tasks, check money and start a timer. Press Ctrl+K inside the app to jump anywhere.

- Is LancerFlow free?
- You can try everything free for 14 days. After that it is one paid plan, ₹599 a month or ₹4,999 a year. There are no tiers to compare.
- Do I need a credit card to start?
- No. You can sign up and use everything for the 14-day trial without entering a card.
- What happens when the free trial ends?
- If you do not upgrade, your data stays safe and becomes read-only. You can still look at it and export it, and nothing is deleted.
- Is my data safe?
- Passwords are hashed before saving, sign-in uses secure cookies, and you can turn on two-factor login. Card details are handled by the payment provider and never stored by LancerFlow. You can export or delete your data at any time.
- Does the AI see my clients' information?
- Only if you turn the AI assistant on, and only the details needed for each request, such as a client's name and an amount for a payment reminder. Never your emails, phone numbers or saved notes. Every result is labelled "AI draft" and you always check it before anything is sent or saved.
- Do my clients log in or get messages from LancerFlow?
- No. LancerFlow is for you alone. It never messages your clients by itself. The only things a client receives are what you choose to send, such as an invoice email or link.
- Can I track my leads and my time?
- Yes. A lead board takes a prospect from New to Won, with follow-up dates and a forecast of likely income, and one click turns a won lead into a client with a project and first tasks. A timer on your tasks feeds a weekly timesheet, and you can bill your tracked hours as a payment.
- Does it handle GST on my invoices?
- Yes. If you are GST registered, add your GSTIN in Settings and your invoices become tax invoices with CGST and SGST or IGST, and the Payments page adds up the GST you collected. LancerFlow does not file returns or give tax advice, so check the details with your accountant.
- Can it do things for me automatically?
- Yes, for you only. You can make simple rules, such as adding a task when a payment is a week late, and LancerFlow runs them every morning. Rules never contact your clients.
- Can I import my existing clients and payments?
- Yes. You can import clients, projects, tasks and payments from a CSV file, and export everything back out as spreadsheets whenever you want.
- Is it right for a team or an agency?
- No. LancerFlow is built for one person running their own business, with no team accounts or permissions.
- How do I pay, and in which currency?
- LancerFlow is launching in India first, so paid plans are in Indian rupees, paid by card, UPI or netbanking through Razorpay. We are preparing for other countries (the US, UK, Europe and more): they are under development. You can cancel at the end of the period you paid for.
